Hotel Novotel Liverpool Centre

We had a lovely 3 night stay for our anniversary and we're upgraded for free to executive room and the 11th floor which was lovely and very spacious. Pool was out of service for the stay for repairs and the hairdryer did not work in the room but did not spoil our stay. Very close to some nice bars and restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novetel Central. The staff were friendly from arrival until departure especially the evening security staff, who always had a great smile and greeted us warmly. The room was spacious for our family of three. We enjoyed a morning swim in the leisure complex, where everything was spotless and clean. On our next visit to Liverpool we wouldn't hesitate to re-book again.

Love this hotel. My partner and I have been coming for years on occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations. The staff are really kind and always on the ball if you need something. Pool is great- I like the booking system so it's never too busy. Great location for restaurants, sight seeing etc. Just so relaxing. We usually get the executive room. Always clean, ample space, great views. Love the robes and slippers! We have also had a few too good to go bags from the restaurant for breakfast. Never disappoints! Would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
