We spent 5 days in the hotel. The hotel is well located, within a maximum 15-minute walk to all the worthwhile places to see in Liverpool. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to rooms at the same price in other hotels I've been to. Pool and gym available. Standard breakfast with something good for everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful. We are satisfied with our stay. P.S. We purchased parking with a discount, just 1 minute walk from the hotel. Thank you 😊

We couldn't have Asked for a better stay. Everything about the trip was perfect. Very clean rooms, nice layout. The swimming pool is what sold the hotel for us and I can honestly say it was definitely worth it. Pool, Sauna and gym all perfect. Will definitely be staying again in The future.

Great location, lovely staff and great facilities with the pool and gym. However, the room was very warm, especially in the morning and the thermostat never really seemed to adjust temperature. There was no Smart TV, instead you were encouraged to use Chrome cast to use streaming services (I brought my FireStick) as Chrome cast is dated and discontinued. The housekeeping did not come most days until around 5pm and seemed to use hand soap to wash glasses so next time you use the glass, it's full of foam and left an after taste. Overall, great stay but a few wee tweaks and an update in technology would make it 10/10

Just stayed here for 3 nights. Great location. About a 15 minute walk from the dockside area. Room was a great size with a good size TV. Having a small fridge was great as we do drink a lot of tea and to have proper milk was nice. Bathroom had a great shower and the Rituals products are always a nice touch. The only minus would be the swimming. You had to prebook and you only got a 30 minute slot and you had to pick up another keycard from reception to enter that area where previous hotels you could just take a lift straight to it. Drinks in the bar were well priced. Didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Highly recommended. Lots of shops nearby to get supplies.
