September 2024Really nice stay, and the use of the leisure centre next door was great. Nice full size indoor pool, large heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Massive gym. Highly recommend

November 2024We flew in from Atlanta to London and then took a train up to Liverpool to watch Liverpool FC match. We checked in this hotel on Friday and were simply blown away by the reception lady. We had an awful experience the night before in London and needless to say this was complete opposite. I am not sure the name of the lady who was working at the reception on Friday, November 8th, but you are SIMPLY AMAZING. Thank you for your great service and hospitality. You made our stay in Liverpool that much better and we will be forever thankful. Next time we are in Liverpool, we are not staying at any other place. Thank you again for a great service!

September 2024I loved it. Location was spot on for what we needed. I was skeptical but I shouldn't have been. The room was big and the beds were great for me. Good powerful shower. Staff were great. Special mention to the guy that helped us at breakfast very helpful. Enjoyed my visit to the David Lloyd centre. The parking was brilliant. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

November 2024Beautiful hotel that has retained its history with luxury art deco style. Spacious rooms, great value dinner bed and breakfast which offered a limited menu but all meals were beautifully cooked and presented. Serving staff were very helpful even though we arrived as a family of four with only 50 minutes before the end of service which we very appreciative of. Parts of the hotel are in line for an update and this is noted on posters where relevant. Our room was on one of these corridors but the room itself was still of very high standard and we would happily stay at this hotel again.
