Amazing hotel! My room, 209 was huge, the bed was king size and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom might need a bit of a revamp but it was absolutely fine. The food was absolutely delicious apart from the lemon tart which I found it quite horrible (sorry chef!). The staff were all lovely and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Above and beyond front desk team! We had an unfortunate incident where our electric car charger was snatched for use by another vehicle, preventing us from leaving (it won’t detach without the keys). The hotel staff teamed together brilliantly to determine whose car it was so they could help us get on our way. So very grateful for your help!

Great hotel that we have been back to a couple of times now. Great location with lots of parking. Rooms are basic, but very clean and tidy. Check-in staff were really helpful and friendly. We ate in the Market Kitchen for dinner, which was the only downside to our stay as the food was very slow to be served - we waited almost an hour just for the starters. There didn't seem to be staff dedicated to just the restaurant, which was odd as it was a Saturday night. Food was OK, but nothing special. Breakfast was much better and felt better organised. We would definitely return to the hotel, but probably not The Market Kitchen!

I recently stayed at the Leicester Marriott and had a really good experience. One of the things I liked right off the bat was that they have EV chargers, which made things super convenient for me. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I got a free upgrade to a bigger room thanks to my status – a nice surprise! The front desk staff were also really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Another plus was the lounge, which had a great selection of drinks to choose from. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience!

Ok. So first things first. I live in Texas but am originally from Leicester. I’ve probably stayed at this hotel 40 nights in the last 2 years. I’m also a life time gold member. However, there is one member for staff who works in the bar who is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Arguing with me over whether I had ordered one beer or two. The worst customer service I have ever seen in the 30 years I’ve been traveling. I complained to the front desk manager who committed to look into the matter and get back to me. Nothing so far in response. I’m now actually concerned that I’ll ever feel comfortable staying there again.
