December 2024This was such a lovely Santa experience, very impressed with it all. Not just seeing Santa for a few minutes like many others we have been to. Very authentic Santa who spoke to the children and sang songs for about 20 mins, there was a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, tea/coffee whilst we waited to see Santa and then he came out again to see everyone again at the end. Definitely recommend and would go again next year :)

December 2024This was an amazing experience, I’m pretty sure they’ve found the real Fr Christmas!! The show was brilliant and a lovely afternoon tea to follow with a personal meet and greet in Santa’s grotto and a present for the children. The only slight adjustment I would have made would have been to allow families to go in to see Fr Christmas separately rather than as a whole table. People have different family traditions; elf’s etc and it would be easier to keep the illusion for the children if we weren’t in with other families who are doing different things.

The children were treated really special. Santa made a point of speaking to everyone. What a great experience. Well Done all staff.

December 2024We had the best time meeting santa. From the moment we walked in we felt christmas all around us. The staff did a great job. The afternoon tea was very nice, but it was all about santa and he did not let us down. From amazing dancing and singing to lovely chats. Well worth the visit. Thank you to all involved.
