This centre is positioined in the middle of Leeds in Wellington Place, which covers 21 acres and will ultimately provide over three million square feet of offices, residential, hotel, retail and leisure facilities. Extensive River Aire frontage, inspiring public spaces and piazzas and galleries add to its appeal. This development on a grand scale is designed to act as a catalyst for securing Leeds' status as the country's second commercial centre. The vision is to provide an environment that will draw the businesses of the future to this already thriving city. Leeds is already the UK's largest centre for financial and business services outside London with over 30 national and international banks based in the city. Over 120,000 people are employed in knowledge-intensive occupations, making it the largest centre outside the capital for knowledge-based industries, too. It is also known as a top legal centre and has the country's third largest manufacturing base.

The space is 12 sqm.

#Regus If you are looking for office do not go to Regus and here is why - We've put our notice in and been told because we didn't do it 3months before our renewal our end contract date that we have been automatically signed for 2yrs. We want to move offices to another vendor and Regus won't allow us to leave. Do not go to any Regus site and sign trust me you will regret it. You can never speak to the relevant person you need to speak to, we raised tickets that have been ignored, the service is awful and and they bill you for things you don't even use. They send out invoices over a year later and then when you question it because you don't know what it's for they don't tell you and just keep sending the same email everytime and when you do finally get told and pay the invoice you get a late fine even though it was Regus who is and was at fault. They fine you £1000 if you don't have a direct debit set up but then try and take more than they should. Don't trust them at all, there are other places, we aren't happy where we are and just want to leave but we can't. I have asked again and again for a call yet get told no. I just get emails repeating and repeating that it's there way or no way. When we complete surveys after the repeated emails and say we are not satisfied the centre manager asks the reception staff to talk to us to get us to change the survey so it dosnt go against him. He hasn't denied this. There are many other things that have happened but there are not enough characters left to type. Stay away from, Regus they are trying to charge us £600 for someone to go in to the office we are leaving and clean, basically vac the floor wipe down the desks and phones. This company is disgusting and have alot of hidden charges that they don't inform you about. Stay away from Regus
