I came here for my birthday and tonight, this place is wonderful! Cheap prices for tokens and drinks, great student deals! Chloe is so lovely and is an amazing worker. She offers fast and efficient customer service and I could not praise her enough. Thank you for a wonderful night!

Came here last night for my partners birthday and had an amazing time! Such a great venue, we stayed for 5hrs and could have stayed longer. The venue is brilliant and there are so many fun games. I've worked in hospitality for 15yrs and really appreciated the industry discounts. Staff were impeccable, just a perfect example of superb customer service and so friendly and warm. This seems like a lovely team to work with and they really made our night. We will definitely be back!

Cannot recommend on food, however the arcade bar can be quite loud and busy. We had some issues with the tokens as the machines haven’t been reliable with us feeding it. We pointed this out to staff and got a few coints back. most games don’t give you a full turn and break up e.g. during a race (motorcycles), which is extremely frustrating as you get prompted to incert more coins. The whole experience wasn’t worth it, we opted for a lovely game cafe on the same road.

We didn't have the best experience here. First off, it's LOUD, even when the place is quite empty. Music is pumping at full volume, so none of the machines can actually be heard. The guitar hero games have music turned up in little cubicles, but even that's difficult to hear. The machines are very tired and overused, many of the controls don't fully work anymore. And worst of all, they just eat your tokens. We used 10 different machines, and six of them ate several tokens without giving us play time, leading to several single player games even though we put enough tokens for two players in. They also cut your play time very short, the motorcycle race for example only gave us one lap before it asked for more tokens. Overall a pretty disappointing experience and we left pretty quickly.
