We appreciate that things do go wrong and also get cancelled, however we unfortunately have to charge for cancellation of any meeting/conference room booked within the following notice periods:- 100% - less than 2 weeks notice 50% - less than 4 weeks notice 25% - less than 8 weeks notice 0% - more than 8 weeks notice Should there be any catering cancellation charges, then they will be charged at cost.
