We booked this hotel for our Canadian friend whilst she was visiting; as the last (and best) part of her UK tour! I absolutely can not thank the hotel staff (especially Tristan and Chris) enough for going absolutely above and beyond to look after our friend during her stay!! And us for that matter even though we weren't staying at the hotel!! The hotel is not only beautiful but it was a true pleasure to spend time with our friend at the bar and in one of the lounges away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool bars and clubs. The drinks were great and the food and the prices too for that matter!! The staff, especially the aforementioned, went above and beyond even giving my friend a private tour!! In our absence our Canadian friend assures us the bed was comfortable, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was really good (included in the price of the double room at £85 a night for 3 nights) with lots of breakfast choice (and again wonderful staff)!! We saw the room which was smaller than anticipated being a double.. At only £20 a night more than a single.. But we weren't there for the room/bathroom which were both clean, cozy and no complaints.. I/we can not speak highly enough of this experience and I'm so thrilled our spooky Canadian friend plans to come again and of course stay at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool..!! Thank you again and for everything!! Truly recommend!!

Has a great bar.night time entertainment is on. The the food is lush. Location is perfect. Not loud of a night. So good nights sleep. I will return very soon. Nice to be back in Blackpool.

We stayed at the Imperial for 2 nights, on arrival we up graded to the Ambassador Suite from a Deluxe Double Room. We're glad we did! The hotel is a grade 2 listed building, so those expecting a modern setting be warned, not for you! The rooms kept to the current tastes of nostalgia and the rooms played on that strength! Well cleaned and maintained without losing it's heritage! Service was faultless, staff went above and beyond! Food in the 10 Bar top notch, worth the pricy tag! Entertainment again to all tastes by Karl the singer great. Money well spent, loved the place!

A lovely hotel the staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are a bit dated but clean enough, breakfast was self-service with plenty of choices from fresh pancakes to full English. We did have an evening meal which was lovely and we also had bar service which was good with plenty of choices I'd recommend the ploughman's the black pudding sausage rolls we're lovely and warm.
