We stayed for 2 nights. The food was amazing, the breakfast lived up to all the Google reviews. The staff were fabulous and so friendly. Rooms comfortable and tea /coffee well stocked. We had sea views on level 3 so were certainly fitter by the end of the weekend 😂. Parking is difficult if you go on a sunny day at the start of the school holidays!

We stayed here over the half term weekend for a visit to Blackpool and were very impressed. The hotel is very warm and welcoming and has a great atmosphere, partly due to its historical building and architecture. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was great, it had comfortable beds, was very well cleaned and was dog friendly. For the quality of service and hospitality you receive, it is very good value for money and we would stay here again.

As part of a5 day coach trip we used this hotel as are base. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and found staff to be friendly. Are room was clean tidy and well presented. The meals were of a good standard and very tasty well presented and waiting staff were very friendly nothing appeared to be to much trouble. This applied to all staff we had dealings with. The bar prices were not overpriced . I would not hesitate if i had the chance to return to this hotel.

This is a nice hotel. I would recommend it. The compact room was definitely compact and very overlooked. It faced inwards overlooking a lower floor roof, and the other sides of the building in a square. The room also smelled like someone had been wearing nylon socks all day. I put that down to it being pet friendly and many dogs staying in there over time. Carpet could do with a clean. We booked last minute on a budget for 1 night so we weren't too bothered about this. Perfume helped! Other than that, all good. Good location overlooking the beach front. Plenty of parking available on the street or just further along if there are no spaces in the hotel. Nice bar area and the restaurant looked nice.
