I have enjoyed my stay at this beautiful Inn. The surroundings are full of character and charm, with the inviting open fires, hop laden beamed ceilings and very comfortable rooms to return to after work has been a pleasure. The attention to detail in the rooms makes the stay special with very comfortable beds, white linen and the added bonus of your own nespresso machine. The breakfast is a real treat with plenty of choice, including warm croissants, homemade preserves and a fabulous full English. The staff and owner are great, accommodating, approachable and very professional. Thankyou all for making me feel very welcome.

What a great place, amazing views, lovely building. Good food and drink. Only issue with the benefit of being secluded is it's far off the beaten track. You will never get a taxi home so be prepared.

2nd time for me for lunch this summer. It was brilliant, lovely views, excellent views , scrumptious food. Our waitress was very professional but very friendly and knowledgeable. Food presentation was very good and tasty. Not cheap but well worth it. Not a extensive menu as it is small plates but the portions did the trick. Well worth the drive.

Had a very enjoyable afternoon tea with friends, the selection of food items were superb and the service was exceptional. Stephen (front of house) is a great host and made us feel very welcome and Suzie (our waitress) was very attentive. We were seated promptly. The presentation of the food was lovely and very in keeping with the countryside theme. Very good value for money and the Inn itself is very nicely furnished with some finishing touches make it that feel that extra bit special.
