The Heart of Kent Suite has its own private entrance and reception area, with lavish refurbishments which can be viewed in all their elegance on our website, Twitter or Facebook accounts. Our gazebo is positioned in our beautiful landscape gardens set for the perfect backdrop for capturing memories of your special day. The Hollingbourne is south facing with beautiful panoramic views over our gardens with its own private bar. If you want a smaller affair, our Park View Suite is the perfect setting for that elegant intimate wedding. August 2024Despite being an event hotel it is very well suited to the casual guest. Reception staff are extremely helpful, I mistakenly booked twin beds and she changed it to a double with no fuss. Room was spotless and had all things in there such as kettle, hairdryer, iron and fan. I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again when back this way

September 2024I recently visited Great Danes with my Father, who is recovering from a stroke and needed an accessible room. We were treated with kindness and excellent service throughout our stay. Blessed with great weather, we especially enjoyed dining outside. The accessible room facilities and disabled parking were great. The pool was ideal for my morning exercise. Location was central for our various Kent destinations, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Many thanks to all the staff, and especially Ellen (who served us in the restaurant) for going the extra mile for us in many small but much appreciated ways.
