Highly rated doggy afternoon tea, lovely food and treats for our 4 dogs. Staff were lovely and explained all the treats, it really did exceed our expectations. We also had a lovely afternoon tea and had to take some home with us as such generous size! We will definitely return for another cream tea

Had my afternoon tea baby shower here last week and I honestly can't thank the staff enough for their help and service on the day. They were all brilliant and even planned the decorations so we didn't need to do much. The food was nice and there was plenty of it, well worth the money. The view over the lake was stunning! Some of my guests stayed overnight and all said rooms are clean and a good size, however they do need some modernising but for the price you can't fault the stay. Would highly recommend for future events!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant, spacious room with more than enough power points. Some may consider it a little dated, however hotel exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the servers we helpful and very professional. The hotel is dog friendly in all areas. Will certainly be back

Went for the festive afternoon tea. Staff were very attentive. Sandwiches were tasty, pigs in blankets, and sausage rolls very nice. Lovely cakes, although we couldn't eat it all. Was given a takeaway carton. Only oversite was the clotted cream was out of date 18 October didn't notice till we got home. Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience, and we did indulge in a baileys hot chocolate delicious 😋 they also did an afternoon tea for dogs 🐕
