August 2024I think the attention to detail with welcoming their guest was a really nice touch. There was a young lady working behind the desk by the name of Sim who was just the type of pleasant a guest needs at a hotel. Air Condition was tricky in our room but it may be different in another. Gym felt like you were in the movie Rocky and the light kept going off to add to the basement allure. (Nice touch!) 🥊

August 2024My stay at the Delta Bexleyheath was great. The managers and staff accommodated my requests with a sense of urgency and courtesy that made the stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for access to transportation, shopping and social activities.

July 2024Everything in the hotel was nice but on the second day we asked for room service but the staff ignored us and their croissants in the buffet were very dry. And the hallways are very smelly and it’s the same for the elevator most of the times.

September 2024Stayed for a night on 09th September 2024 with family. The room was very clean and decent size to accommodate a family of four. However, air conditioning was not working. When talked to staff, was told it’s winter time so air conditioning is switched off now. I couldn’t believe such a response while it’s officially still summer. Talked to another staff who said maintenance guy is not available today so can’t switch on air conditioning. The staff offered a fan but was given faulty one. I’ve given up at the end. I’ll never ever stay at any Marriott hotel in future.
