We went here ( local ) last evening for our 10th wedding Anniversary. The food and service can only be described in one simple word with no frills either PLATINUM The chef who has been with them 25 years excelled himself and nothing was too much trouble The food came hot beautifully presented and was so delicious worth every penny We went here 9 years ago too the family for my 50th and the standard of food and service has never changed Beautiful atmosphere and their Terrace bar is stunning . Highly recommend this establishment for fine dining and the whole family will be returning next year for my 60th at a personal request of the restaurant manager and his staff

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this hotel. 1. the hotel itself is stunning and the setting looks like it is from a fairy tale 2. the staff is what we all dream of when we think about the utmost in customer service and truly above and beyond hospitality. They really make you feel like they are excited you are there! 3. the food was extremely good, and the bar was a lot of fun -- the terrace in the formal garden was so nice for an afternoon cocktail as well 4. the facility was clean and very well run

I love this hotel. Its unpretentious but stylish in line with the age of what used to be a quite grand private home. Service is always good. Dinner is always well presented and breakfast offers excellent choice. The gardens are a delight to walk around. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There's ample parking. The overall sense is of a country house yet London is on the doorstep.

Hidden gem! By far, the most fabulous Best Western I've come across in my life. Think long windy road, surrounded by a beautiful scenic green forest, leading up to an old English country estate! Even some locals and my Uber drivers were pleasantly surprised at how stunning the property is! There are three buildings, the main one being the country manor estate. It's a historic property and the most redeeming quality is hands down the gorgeous gardens, the well kept property, the greenery, the peaceful vibe, and sitting outside for a meal or drink during a beautiful Summer's day! You can never tire of that epic ambiance. It's a location popular for booking weddings and other events too (there were a few during my stay there) and even locals swing by for a drink or high tea. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because there is an oudated vibe in the hotel rooms in the main building I stayed in, and while that wasn't an issue for me, if you're expecting glam updated modern rooms, I would manage your expectations here or stay in one of the other two buildings. Outside of the beautiful location, the additional redeeming factors are the staff. From the front desk, to the hotel Manager, to the bar service, to the breakfast staff in the morning, to security.... they were all super friendly and fantastic. Well done to the hiring crew, you nailed it with your hires :) And most of all, thank you for giving my family and I a 10 star experience. We will definitely be back. It's an absolute darling spot, and if you want a unique hotel experience in the Harrow area, THIS IS THE SPOT!

Stayed for one night in the Garden Lodge section, staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable beds firm (perfect) would say the furniture and rooms in general slightly dated but all fully functional, clean and well cared for, liked having a window that actually opened. Breakfast was lovely and served in a charming wood panelled room. Only slight downside is we were by the main stairwell and each time the outer door shut the door to our room rattled.
