With numerous & tastefully decorated rooms the Cavendish provides all the flexibility you need for your individual requirements.Both houses have a warm and friendly atmosphere,dripping in cyrstal chandeliers and fine drapes with leather clad gentlmans Bar lounges great service & the finest mouth-watering cuisine, all of which comes very highly recommended. When you hire the Grange or the Cavendish you get the building exclusively. This means that you will only see your guests & our staff all day! August 2024We had our wedding at the grange country house this past Friday and I am so glad that we selected this venue to host our big day. From start to finish all staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for you, the whole day ran smoothly and as the bride I didn’t even need to think of what the next part of the day was next or where I should be directing people absolutely everything was taken care of for me. We were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather so our ceremony and drinks reception was held outside and was just completely perfect. All our guests couldn’t believe what a hidden gem this was, considering most of our party are relatively local to the venue and couldn’t stop commenting on the venues appearance and friendliness of the staff. A special mention to Chris who owns the grange. Every time we saw him he was flat out ensuring all guests were looked after and the running of our day was on track. On the lead up to the day and in the planning he answered any question I had (no matter how silly!) which meant that the week of the wedding I was relaxed and twiddling my thumbs, all we had to do was show up ! Thank you a million times over to Chris and the team for the day of dreams! We would recommend the grange to any one looking to hold their wedding or special event and look forward to visiting at Christmas time with our little girl for their Santa’s lunch ! Xx

August 2024It’s quite hard to put into words our experience and to really explain how perfect they are as a wedding venue. Chris and Jo were so helpful and trustworthy throughout the whole process. They made sure we knew what was happening and when and answered any question we had - be it little or small. The food was incredible and EVERY guest commented on how amazing it was and with such large portions. The staff on the day were very friendly and approachable for all guests. Niamh was mentioned a few times by various guests as being very friendly and a great staff member. If you are looking for amazing shots, a calm day and a seamless day, I could not recommend them more!
