Very friendly service, a special shoutout to Belle in the restaurant and bar - such a fabulous asset to the hotel. Really clean rooms, comfortable bed, very nice and accommodating staff throughout. Really beautiful aroma of fresh cotton when you enter the foyer - so fresh and welcoming. Breakfast is extremely good, very delicious. We ate at the restaurant each evening as it was so handy and the menu was varied. We had a few issues one evening with food not being right but it was sorted by the very capable and unflappable Belle. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, especially if visiting the Warner Bros Studios Harry Potter tour located nearby. The hotel is just a short walk from the shuttle bus pickup point at Watford Junction. Looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future.

Good location, nice clean rooms, front desk service was great. Close to shops, pubs, and food. We really enjoyed until housekeeping woke us up in the morning. Loud talking and they had a door latched they kept letting slam over and over for hours. Really great value for a hotel though, we’d consider staying again if we weren’t right next to where housekeeping kept the supplies.

Business hotel booked by my company. The room was an executive room. Double bed, desk, armchair, TV and minibar. Bathroom with shower. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a little mold in the corners of the shower and the shower head was a little calcified. Water pressure a little low. Breakfast good and plentiful. Attentive service. The bar is good for an after-work beer in the evening. The location is quite central. When the window is closed you can't hear any traffic except for the occasional police sirens.

Ok for a one night stop over, main issue is parking, took me an hour, and the car park they say to use at a subsidized rate was full so ended up having to pay £15. The rooms could do with better lighting and the cleaners could be more considerate. You pay for a late check for a lie in and get woken up really early due to banging doors. Hotel is clean and comfortable but would not stay there again due to parking issues and noise from cleaners.
