Stayed here for just one night on Sept 26th as we were going to a concert at The Stables which was only a couple of miles away. It had been found and booked by my friend and to be honest, I wondered where we were going for such a reasonable price that included breakfast! From the moment we walked in, my concerns lifted. We were greeted by warm, welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for you, without being in your face. We arrived before check in time so had lunch in the restaurant .. delicious meatballs and pasta and rhubarb crumble at a very reasonable price. We checked in and went to our room which was quite basic but had every thing that you need. The beds were so comfortable and we both said that we had the best nights sleep for a long time! The shower was hot and powerful. There was all you might want for a breakfast and it was hot and tasty. Everything and everywhere was spotlessly clean and we’re now looking for an excuse to go back to Milton Keynes as we would most definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very basic and small but quite inexpensive and in a very convenient location. I was however unable to use the desk as it was too small for my laptop and paperwork and other than the uncomfortable office chair, only had a bed to sit on. The staff have been very helpful during my stay and Ganesh is a credit to the restaurant team and is always pleasant and helpful.

The ambience of the centre is great. The room is clean. As someone who is particular about cleanliness, that was a 10/10 for me. The staff are great and always ready to help. I took note of Ganesh who assisted me and my friends when we needed help in the dining room. The food was alright. Loved the fruit and the Thai curry

The hotel is conveniently located for several areas of Milton Keynes. The rooms are a little dated but are kept spotlessly clean. The newly refurbished restaurant is very pleasant and the food is excellent for the price. The best thing about this hotel, and the reason I keep coming back is the excellent service provided by the staff - everyone is so friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Mirela in particular has been really helpful on the last two occasions I stayed here, which I very much appreciate as a solo female traveller.

A little odd finding it as it seemed everything in the little estate is called Kents Hill but once you find the accommodation it's great. Parking can be tight especially as everyone now seems to have bigger cars. The rooms were nice, small but that's all you need. The beds are really comfortable though the heating was on the first night and I was baking so had the window open for the second night and it was fine. The food and whole restaurant area was great, really nice selection of food options. However I don't think we ate that late and all the good dessert options had gone and all that was left were a number of 'cheesecake' and 'trifle' but really weren't that nice. So get in early for eating!!
