Lovely hotel with nice surroundings. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice sized gym and swimming pool. Everyone friendly. Went for a Christmas party which was a bit chaotic as they got the table layout all wrong and no manager in sight to take charge of the situation, which delayed food coming out for everyone that attended and didn't start the night off well. But would stay again for a break away. Very remote so you will need to drive everywhere.

We stayed with a large group for a walking holiday and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in quite an isolated scenic position which is great for a peaceful break but does of course mean you have to get your car out if you want to go anywhere. The room my husband and I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Our dinners were delicious and beautifully presented, although my husband and I are vegetarian and we felt there could have been more than one vegetarian choice for dinner each night. Also, some people felt there should have been a few more vegetables served with the meals. The breakfast was very varied with an amazing amount of choice for hot and cold meals. The staff were generally very helpful but some could have been a bit more cheerful! The nice warm swimming pool was a treat.

Stayed at this Hotel a month ago. The Hotel Facilities are ok, Swimming Pool is very nice and gym was standard. The Room was average at best. Needed a good dust and all of our Toiletries needed filling back up, only 1 Towel each which I thought was a bit Tight. I went to Reception to ask for more milk sachets for our room as they gave us 4 in total and the Receptionist was so Rude!! Literally shook her head and walked off in protest to get some more so i politely told her to stick her milk!! Margaret Thatcher would have been proud of her though. Food was distinctly average. Although saying that the breakfast was very good. Had an afternoon Tea which was absolutely Shocking!!! Scones were rock hard, not really edible. Bread had thumb prints on them and bread was stale. I have to say I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay again. And before you come back with a generic reply, I tried to speak to someone regarding This whilst we were at the Hotel and the Woman at reception looked at me like I had 2 Heads so I didn’t bother.

DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT OR WEDDING HERE!!! I had booked a corporate Christmas party with the venue, less than a month before they cancelled stating it wasn’t financially viable, leaving us with no time to find an alternative venue. The customer service we received was just rude, nobody wanted to help. It took me weeks to receive a refund for what we paid. We were also told that we would receive refunds for our room bookings as well, as of yet we still haven’t received a refund and Norton park are telling me it’s not their responsibility. They are saying they will loose money if they refund our rooms, what about us! Why should we loose money when they were the ones who cancelled our event?!? I’ve spent hours and hours trying to resolve the situation and I lost patience a few days ago when I was told on the phone by reception team that if I wanted a refund I ‘would have to be prepared to put in some work for it’ absolutely disgusting service, nobody cares or wants to help. DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT OR WEDDING HERE! they will cancel on you last minute and not care. Then you’ll struggle to get your money back. I will never go back here again.

Served raw chicken! Spa facilities a minimal paid £84 for the Friday couldn't use the pool for the first 45minutes due to an aqua class on. The spa consists of a small steam room, one shower and a small sauna all tucked into a corner. There is a relaxation room which was cold but blankets are provided. For your lunch you have to walk through the hotel/reception/bar area in your robe. Unfortunately lunch was served to others in my party and not myself. They had almost eaten theirs by the time I could ask for mine when it arrived it was the wrong meal. I asked to have what I ordered chicken tikka skewers and chips. When it came out I noticed the chicken had a strange consistency when eating. On the third one I cut it open and was completely raw inside. Needless to say I was very poorly the week after. I contacted the company once I was well enough to report and have been disappointed in the lack of action taken they keep just asking me to fill out forms! No refund has been offered. Please do not waste your money.
