There is a huge variety of animals, the animals are very friendly and each one enjoys enough welfare. The park is big and safe enough, great for kids. The only downside is that there aren't many places to sell food, so it's recommended to have plenty of water and food on hand.

A very enjoyable zoo on a large site. The tropical house was the highlight for our group... we loved seeing the natural blend of plants, birds and tortoises (sadly we couldn't spot the sloth). Also really enjoyed watching the giraffe and snow leopard. Like many zoos the site is large quite steep in places so it's worth wearing comfy shoes as you're going to want to cover a lot of ground.

Great visit today. It was not busy, which allowed me to spend more time seeing the animals, including the new baby giraffe. Keepers are a credit to the zoo by engaging with the public, sharing their passion for their animals in their care. It's worth a visit. Handy to upgrade to a membership and living locally I can visit more often.

This is a fantastic family-friendly destination, known for its focus on wildlife conservation and diverse range of animals. Set in beautiful, spacious grounds, it offers visitors the chance to see species from all over the world, including big cats, giraffes, and lemurs. We can observe penguins and have the opportunity to feed some of the animals. The kangaroos are a standout feature. There are several spots with seating arrangements where you can relax, eat, and chat. Clean and well-maintained toilets are available in many areas. Photo opportunities with animal and fruit-themed cutouts are a fun highlight for kids. The zoo boasts a vast space filled with a variety of animals and beautiful natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for a family day out with children. The zoo is well-maintained, with informative displays and plenty of interactive areas for kids. There are also good facilities like cafes, picnic spots, and a well-stocked gift shop. We can also enjoy a ride on the toy train around the zoo. Some enclosures could offer better viewing opportunities, but overall, it's a wonderful place to spend the day learning about wildlife.

Nice little zoo, didn't see many of the animals as most were in hiding but we saw the baby giraffe and that's what we came for so we were quite happy. The rhinos are fabulous too and we got really close up which was amazing. The park itself is very neat and tidy and the gift shop is one of the best we've seen and reasonably priced. We live over 200 miles away so possibly won't be back but we're glad we made the trip.
