March 2025We booked a table for our wedding day, a simple luch after the event. We understand things happen out of one's control but:- We requested a booking online, they failed to respond, we called and booked a table for a small party of six adults and three children, at first they did not require any menu information, then days before they changed thier mind and request menu choices, then on the day four hours before we arrive they left a message saying they had to cancel the dinner, we called back and they apologised and wished us the best of luck! No recommendation to where we could go or any help finding another venue nearby for lunch. Disappointed to say the least.
