Stayed here for two nights to attend daughter's wedding. Reception staff were superb in juggling rooms to enable my Mum who has mobility issue's on a much easier time getting about. Dining staff were also superb in accommodating a large group of us the night before wedding very attentive and helpful. Have used the hotel before for a Birthday party and lunches previously however this was our first stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Went for the festive afternoon tea. Cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely friendly and professional service. Delicious food and you certainly won't go home hungry. Take a taxi so you can enjoy the glass of champagne 🥂

I like to treat myself to a luxury experience periodically so when I was able to book a night at One Devonshire Gardens for £100 I was unable to resist. This charming hotel exceeded my expectations. The quirky rooms are scattered in a maze of corridors connected along 5 converted Town Houses. The Bar and Bistro were furnished in the manner of a Scottish Country House. They had a relaxed luxurious atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient. I had booked an evening meal on arrival. This is advisable because the Bistro can be busy. The food in the Bistro had a modern Scottish influence. After a delicious meal I retired to the comfortably furnished lounge bar for several drinks. I would recommend One Devonshire Gardens for an overnight stay or a delicious meal if you are visiting Glasgow.

Staying here has been an absolutely joy. The food downstairs is second to none and the staff are the friendliest, most knowledgable humans I have spoken with in Glasgow. They have fantastic recommendations and are quite cheery. Robert and Christopher are two amazing people. I don't want to leave. The food was incredible as well. The beef Wellington may be the best meal I have ever had.

I booked the festive afternoon tea with champagne for my wife's birthday. The afternoon tea was nice, but unfortunately the service was terrible. It's hard to get staff's attention when they are walking with their heads down. I had to call out to get attention, which isn't great in a quiet restaurant. I then had to chase them for the bill at the end of the tea. I wouldn't post this if it was extremely busy, but it was quiet and plenty of staff so don't see a reason to justify the poor service.
