Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Restaurant, bar, and breakfast were all wonderful experiences. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and I will say it was perfect. Great location right bang in the middle of the city centre can walk to alot of attraction or take the bus stop opposite. The staff went out of their way to provide great service with a smile. Very clean rooms cleaned daily. Any questions where answered expertly by staff at reception. Great parking discount too 12£ for 24 hours! Will recommend to anyone visiting Glasgow. Can't wait to come again!

This hotel is yet another example of the consistency of the Holiday Inn Express brand. A modern and immaculately clean hotel with well-appointed rooms and friendly staff. The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable, and the large TV has plenty of channels. The location is central to everything in the city and nearby to a major bus and rail terminal. A bus to/from Glasgow airport runs every 15 minutes and is about 15 minutes from the airport. A train to Edinburgh takes less than an hour. The breakfast had lots of delicious choices, but I wish the International HI Expresses had the pancake machine too. My only issue during my stay was the slowest WiFi, but the staff said they would be replacing the system with more antennas soon. And the value for the price was super reasonable!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Glasgow - City Ctr Theatreland, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. My room felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while, with dust in the corners and a general lack of attention to detail. The breakfast was a real letdown as well. Some of the plates were clearly not washed properly, which was extremely off-putting. The food itself didn’t seem fresh or hygienic, making the entire experience quite unpleasant. I expected much better from a hotel under the IHG brand, but sadly, this stay didn’t meet even basic standards. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.
