Mountain Park Hotel

Great place to stay, rooms were comfortable and the showered were very good. Food was good although the luch time menu was the same as the nighttime although soup of the day changed. The food was good quality and hot. Breakfast was great fruit yoghurt and a full Welsh fry up. The only negative was the cheeseboard. Two of cheeses looked old, and two looked to have been cut with a hacksaw. Impression that with a cheeseboard are everything .

Long weekend stay and the pinnacle of the visit was their food - every meal was outstanding and no complaints whatsoever. Daily special pie packed full of meat and excellent gravy. Otherwise rooms were OK for price - 2 sky lights wouldn't open and one blind. Bed mattress had some slope so a bit uncomfortable with 2 of us. An annoyance was the Teslea chargers and the constant stream of them and EV's coming in at all hours, given our room was right next to the road round to them.

We held our Clwyd Community Theatre Association (CCTA), Finals Night at the Flint Mountain Park Hotel in October. We held it last year in the restaurant, but this year we went into the Function Room. The venue and the room were superb. The staff were brilliant on the run up to the event and on the evening. The food was really excellent. The whole event couldn't have been better. I look forward to next year. Many thanks to everyone.
