Novotel London Stansted Airport, Boardroom

We checked in here yesterday and were so warmly greeted by the elder man on reception. The room is very clean, has everything you need with Rituals toiletries. Hubby used the gym for an hour while I had a nice relaxing coffee in the bar lounge, greeted again, so warmly by the gentleman behind the bar. We had a few drinks in the bar before dinner and the service from the young girl serving, was brilliant. Dinner was overseen by a young man in a suit, again, fab service and the food very nice and reasonably priced. We are actually still here, checking out this morning to catch our flight, but we had to post this review as we both said, we have stayed in many hotels before flights and the service here, as well as the whole hotel, is by far the best we have experienced, a fantastic start to our holiday. This is the closest hotel to Quendon Hall where we were attending a wedding. We had about 80+ guests staying at the hotel…. We basically took over the hotel. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and supportive. Nice clean rooms, and lovely breakfast. We would all take over the lobby and bar til about 4/5am. The staff would help with seating and anything we needed. Even when there were issues with the booking system, the staff stayed calm and ensured everything was resolved. Many thanks to all the team for their help and support….

Spent a weekend here with friends. Hotel is clean and generally well maintained. Location is perfect for the airport. But parking can be a bit difficult. All staff are very welcoming. The outstanding levels of service received from Vlad and Zara are worthy of mention for their willingness to go the extra mile. The catering team, led by chef Sanjay, provided delicious food - and plenty of it. The only complaint was with the room, which seemed impossible to get warm, even though we altered the thermostat. Can't wait to return here though.
