Very nice place. Historical building. The hotel kept parts 600 years old and properly restored. An interesting experience.

The shower room is terrible. The shower head is like a child peeing. It is completely powerless and the water temperature is difficult to adjust. One part is too hot and the other part is too cold. Moreover, the alarm goes off at 6 am. It is very, very disturbing. Please think carefully when booking, but the price is really affordable.

The stuff are not professional at all, I hated every single minutes being there. No assistant with carrying on the luggages, And their tone is just bad, not all the stuff workers of course. The Indian guy and the new receptionist even though they are not quite experienced but i really appreciate them. Its just an old hotel that doesn’t has elevator, carefully going there with luggages. Its all stairs and the stuff you may meet all are puppets. Angela was too loud, even though she saw nice but sometimes her tone are not appreciated, and even if you booked for another double bedroom, she would just keep you in a small one. Go any hotel, go live in the streets. But not in this hotel. Good luck to the sociologist girl and the hospitality Indian boy. U were remarkable out there.
