September 2024If you want hot water do not come to this hotel...the staff were lovely, but after 1 hour of trying to get hot water, I left and went to a different hotel...how can a hotel be a hotel without hot water!!! Also, after you book, you get the message that the facilities, I.e the spa etc is closed...this should be made clear before you book...again the staff here are all lovely, working in hospitality myself, I have no idea how you approach guests about these matters..bless the staff.
