March 2025First time staying here in all the years been traveling through for shows and visits. Perfect location for visiting almost all Endiburghs highlights. We were welcomed at check in by Jonathan. I am sure he said he was new to hotel. Well what asset he will be to hotel. Cheerful helpful and so so friendly. Great room superb breakfast. My new go to place for Edinburgh.

February 2025Visited with my wife, she had tea and I had some of their very own 1505 blended whisky. As a fellow of the college I had to buy a bottle to show my support. The hotel and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a nice spot to relax and have a few drinks. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Edinburgh.

December 2024Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were nice and clean, and spacious too. The air conditioning/heating was really efficient, and the window opened a little if you needed some fresh air. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient. The food in the restaurant was really tasty too. I can recommend the Mac and Cheese! There's plenty of things within walking distance of the hotel, shops, bars and restaurants etc

January 2025From start to finish the hotel exceeded our expectations! It’s perfectly located in the surgeons quarter about a 10-15 min walk from everything! It’s close enough to walk anywhere but just enough away to make it a quiet stay. The rooms are comfortable and well presented with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash which is a great touch when you need to pack light! The room had a hair dryer, safe as well as tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They offer a free hold your bags service which we made use of when we arrived and checked out. We had drinks in the bar which were reasonably priced. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the food always smelt good! One of the best features of this hotel is the 12 midday checkout!!! This was a god send for us as we had a late flight. We will 100% stay here again!

March 2025My husband and I have just left 10 Hills Place Hotel this morning and we can honestly say the hotel did not disappoint. Absolutely fabulous for the entire weekend. Jonathan, the receptionist was very polite, and very informative . The room was very warm and inviting with everything you could need for your stay. All spotlessly clean, in fact the entire hotel was. Very good location too with everything at your doorstep. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone about to stay in Edinburgh city. Will definitely be back.
