August 2024We visited for a buffet with our team that was our for lunch. The buffet spread was good, some items weren't fresh however like pita bread, that was cold & like cardboard. The place is pretty to look at & in general has good ambience, but we had people cleaning & wiping the ac vents & walls while we were eating. Some of these things aren't ok or expected at a place like this, need to work on service & behaviour please. I had a dessert dropped on me while serving, the person was sorry about it but the organisation needs to really train staff better rater than just scare them into service. It shows, the person was scared of outcomes more than asking the manager to fix the experience. Managers were least bothered. Loved the food truly, but service needs a lot of work.

August 2024Went for breakfast buffet, twice. The spread is great. Especially liked the bakery and pastries spread which had tons of variety. However a lady server attending us was pretty rude, kept pestering about the time limit and later refused to get coffees. Overall a good dining experience.

July 2024Had been to the grand ballroom for an event. The venue is pretty good and located in a convenient place. Near to Sandal soap factory metro station. Food was pathetic. Not too many options and whatever was present was not very good in taste.
