The Edinburgh St Andrew business centre is located in a listed 1960s building designed by illustrious architect Sir Basil Spence. A roof garden on the top floor offers views of Edinburgh Castle and the Firth of Forth. The business centre enjoys a central position in the heart of Edinburgh's beautiful Georgian New Town. St Andrew Square is a desirable and prestigious address, established as the commercial centre for Edinburgh since the 19th century. Most of the buildings still house offices of banks and insurance companies, making it one of the major financial centres in Scotland. Edinburgh's economy is based mainly on financial services, scientific research, higher education, and tourism. The city can boast the highest percentage of professionals in the UK with 43% of the population holding a degree-level or professional qualification. It was named European Best Large City of the Future for Foreign Direct Investment by the Financial Times in 2012/13.

The space is 33 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

It is a nice city with many interesting and historical places, but everything is expensive. I do not recommend visiting on weekends.

Absolutely awful process of renting an office for 2 months. They said it would cost £133 per month and in the end I paid over £550 for 2 months, with all these small fees tacked on top of each fee, a set up fee, a deposit, etc. No wonder someone said the Ryanair of office spaces. Their service and employees are lovely and helpful but the system is just horrendous and cannot be worked with. The office itself is so basic, you might as well go to a coffee shop. There's not even a microwave, let alone coffee facilities or anything else. I would not recommend under any circumstance, it is not worth the money just because it's cheap. Basically, use a library, you're better off.
