This centre's location on Edinburgh's world-famous Princes Street takes some beating. Right in the centre of Scotland's capital city, these prestigious business premises are spread across six floors with fantastic views over Princes Street Gardens towards the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. As well as having all the usual amenities of a major city on its doorstep, the building also has a car park. Prosperous Edinburgh is a global centre for business, science, education and the arts and is said to have the strongest economy of any UK city outside London. Banking has been a part of the economic life of Edinburgh for over 300 years and today it is the UK's second financial centre after London and Europe's fourth by equity assets. Tourism, financial services and banking are particularly important employers as well as education, the public sector and hi-tech research and development.
The space is 70 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. No furniture for a month. No keycard for two months. Incorrect charges on invoice for someone else's coffee that they then charged a £50 late fee on while I was chasing for it to be corrected. Three months later it's still incorrect and they took the money from me. I have been trying in vain to stop having to take it legal by sending in multiple written complaints to the centre, to the accounts team and through the help form, but the complaints only ever end up with the receptionists who of course don't have authority to help. There is no transparency whatsoever about who can make decisions nor even a professional complaints procedure. Regus have breached this contract on multiple grounds and are seemingly unaware that means I can walk away and sue for a refund. This is a basic legal principle that any business owner should understand about contracts. Yet they have zero urgency or indeed wish to resolve things amicably. Aside from that, the centre itself is understaffed: the poor receptionists are running around and the reception desk can be unmanned for a good 15 minutes from what I've seen - and that without any way to phone them. I can't imagine how they manage to fulfil the phone answering service. Regus should give their staff some colleagues. It's not like they can't afford it. Everything is being done on a shoestring and it shows.
LBW ADVOCATES
Regus put me an address of some office I never requested neither I have contract with Regus or any similar company. I requested from them to stop sending me emails and cancel any service their workers could have marked in their system without my consent but they send me an invoice again for some service I never requested, never used and expressed directly by email that I do not want it. It is incredible incompetence of Regus I am seeing. Therefore, I would never arrange their services neither recommend them to anyone together with all of their connected companies. That is a shame.
