November 2024Phenomenal experience here! We were the last table on a Saturday night. We were amazed by the taste and quality of food, and the superb atmosphere and service! I would visit Edinburgh again, just to have a meal here.

November 2024Food, service, vibes here were all outstanding. Had the best time. Incredibly delicious dishes and cocktails. If I lived here I would bother this place weekly at least. They would be sick of me. Loved it all.

November 2024Amazing food, service and company. I went here with my picky eater partner for our 4 year anniversary and we agree it was a spectacular meal to share for such a milestone. The service was so thoughtful and the space was beautifully lit with a warm cozy feel. Great playlist. Highly recommend.

November 2024We had a wonderful dinner experience at Merchants. We had Logan as our server. He was such a great server! He had us laughing throughout the dinner! Everything was perfect! The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Would def recommend making this a dinner stop while you are in Edinburgh!
