February 2025My second home! Ive stayed here a couple of times now and they always exceed my expectations. Their rooms are well maintained and very spacious. The bed is comfortable as well as the rain shower was everything!

December 2024Very unique place, helpful staff at all levels. Had a delayed flight so could not get to the hotel on our booked day, rang and were assisted to confirm our arrival was delayed and not cancelled. Service at breakfast made for a cheerful start to the day. Comfortable rooms, our was compact but everything you needed (except, perhaps some more hooks in the bathroom would help a lot). Lovely to have a clock in the room, so many places don't.

March 2025Such a beautiful hotel decor is lovely and warm feeling. Rooms only got 3 star as sue to high roofs the rooms can become cold very quickly, also we were on level 2 and it was extremely noisy at night time. The do have extra pain of glass in to try and block out the noise but I think these should be upgraded to double or triple glazed panels, ear plugs are supplied but not everyone likes to wear them.

March 2025Unfortunately just had a two night stay and would not return again. We where in room 001 which was very small and looks nothing like what is advertised on the hotels websiteand the rooms.very dusty. Looking at the layout of the hotel this does indeed look like the worst room, bad luck on our behalf. Unfortunately for us the hotel decided to take a delivery at 4am for about a hour. Our room was directly below this so wokes us and was very loud. I did go up to the reception to I inquire what all the noise was. They informed myself they're taking a delivery. On a good note the breakfast is very good, for the price I paid I would not return to this hotel.
