he Best Western Kings Manor stands out as a top-notch accommodation with its exceptional hospitality and welcoming ambiance. The staff members are not only friendly but also remarkably kind, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The hotel prides itself on being pet-friendly, creating an atmosphere where four-legged companions are warmly welcomed. Notably, the inclusion of EV charging points reflects a commitment to environmental sustainability. The thoughtful provision of breakfast for pet dogs adds a delightful touch to the pet-friendly experience. The rooms are spacious, providing guests with ample comfort, and the parking area offers convenience for those traveling by car. Whether guests are seeking relaxation in the spa or the convenience of modern amenities, the Best Western Kings Manor delivers a well-rounded and enjoyable stay for both two- and four-legged guests alike. Disliked · have experienced occasional challenges with the WiFi service and At times the connection was a bit slow and hard to connect automatically.

Very neat and clean property with well appointed rooms. There was plenty of tea/coffee that was replenished everyday without having to request for the same. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Days when we had an early start and were going to miss the breakfast; we were given little goodie bags with muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice, cookies etc to carry and have on the go (lovely gesture and so thoughtful). The breakfast otherwise was brilliant as well. The location is a huge advantage with the bus stop right outside the property. Within minutes you are in the city centre. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. This is definitely my preferred property to stay in Edinburgh.

We stayed here for a night when we went to Edinburgh to see Taylor Swift. The hotel staff were so incredibly lovely and helpful. They had even decorated the reception area with Taylor Swift-related decorations which we thought was such a lovely touch. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return if I find myself back in Edinburgh.

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean and well looked after. The staff was super helpful and friendly too. Upon arriving to our room, we found out that our TV wasn't working but the staff was very courteous and helpful and offered to fix it right there and then but since we were going to be out the whole day the next day we opted to get it fixed the next day. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but there is a bus stop right in front of it so that's not a problem and the hotel is very easily accessible. The only complaint I have about our room was that all the taps seemed to only have boiling hot water even if the knob was turned all the way to the right though that might've just been an issue with our room. Overall this is an excellent hotel to stay at if visiting Edinburgh!

We had two rooms for several days earlier this summer. It looked like several wings of the hotel had been refurbished... however our rooms were not. Both rooms were in need of serious updates - carpets, repainting, fixing the excessive squeezing floors. Also retraining the maid service to provide clean, sanitized glasses rather than recycling dirty ones. The carpets were dingy and stained, and should have been replaced years ago - however they were clean. And we will not forget the horribly squeeky floors! Based on rooms alone in the wing we stayed, this is a 1.5 star experience. The front desk folks were, however, extremely helpful. We decided to eat in the bar on two of the evenings. Same menu as the restaurant. Very good food, excellent service, really friendly folks. A 4-star experience. Would we stay here again? It would be a definite if there were updates on the rooms. If no updates, then we would stay elsewhere.
