So whether you are planning a product launch and require plenty of space for a residential conference, want to reward your top team with a luxurious incentive trip, need a private hire venue for team building, are looking for a memorable setting to host a spectacular Gala dinner, or just want to hire a private meeting room, Carberry Tower is the perfect partner for all your corporate needs.

And with 40 acres of private grounds, our Estate lends itself perfectly to a wide variety of outdoor team-building pursuits - from Geocaching, to Bushcraft, to mini-Highland games and more. And while you are exercising your minds and bodies, our award-winning team of Chefs will take great pleasure in nourishing you with deliciously tasty food, including thoughtful little extras, like our range of low-fat snacks and high-energy smoothies to help you stay mentally sharp throughout the day.

A first floor breakout space with a variety of luxury casual seating and tables, antique fireplace, extensive original built-in bookcases filled with books old and new. There is a walkway through this area which connects the landing on this floor to most of the other function spaces, making this the main hub of our luxurious Mansion House. Large bay windows which overlook the courtyard give this space plenty of natural daylight and in the evening can be warmly lit with it's grand chandelier. The comfortable sofas are sure to relax your body and mind after a day of hard work.

A great space for well earned coffee breaks, relaxed quiet time or pre-dinner discussions.

The library can be hired as an additional room on our standard packages.

A delightful stay at Carberry! It was such a special experience to stay here - from sunlit summer evenings in the rose garden and grounds to charming and delicious dinners at the bistro. We truly hope we will get to visit again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our Carberry experience- it was the highlight of our UK trip. It is a magical place. The workers from the groundskeeper, bartender, tea room experience, restaurant workers, were amazing. Can’t wait to return again!

Beautiful property. Worth walking the grounds. We opted for an inexpensive room which was comfortable and super clean with a tiny but functional ensuite. I appreciated that they provided drinking water in the rooms in a glass carafe instead of plastic bottles. Breakfast was a buffet with many options. My only suggestion is to provide food allergy labels. The highlight of stay was the restaurant for dinner. The food has a locally-sourced-wild-game vibe. We had wood pigeon, local lamb, locally picked mushrooms. All the sauces were delicious and fresh tasting. The chef chose excellent wine pairings and they offered many fun cocktails. I also really appreciate a reasonable service charge without the option to tip. It does away with tip anxiety and the service was great. Food allergy information is marked on the restaurant menu.

We had our wedding at Carberry Tower and everything was just perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and it made the day feel so special. All the staff were fantastic from start to finish, we felt so well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Really pleased we chose to get married here and can’t wait to visit again!

Carberry has one of the most beautiful interior book room, surrounding gardens and forest imaginable. Nestled around the castle makes every angle awe-inspiring. We loved walking the grounds and admiring the beauty of the estate. I will say though that the bedrooms need some work. The bed was not very comfortable being small and stiff, and there was not nearly enough blankets provided. IF they changed the beds out for more comfortable ones, added more blankets and made the windows more easy to view the back courtyard, then this would be an all star hotel.
