With a choice of three function suites for your celebrations, we have the capacity for events from two to four hundred of your guests and with 138 luxury bedrooms, your guests can relax and enjoy your special day with us.
The Earls Suite is the largest event suite in the hotel seating up to 350 of your guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 400 for an evening reception. The Earls Suite can be subdivided to cater for smaller weddings and features neutral decoration, allowing you to theme the room in any way you desire.
The Caslon Suite caters for the smaller celebration and again, sub-divides into two rooms; The Hackett Suite and the Newbolt Suite, with each side seating up to 60 for your meal and with a total capacity of up to 180 for an evening event.
The Earls and Caslon Suites are both licensed to hold civil ceremonies.
Faradays Restaurant caters for the more intimate wedding, seating 40 guests for a wedding breakfast and 100 for an evening reception. The restaurant benefits from panoramic views over the picturesque waterfront marina.

February 2025A fantastic weekend from arrival to departure. From Jamie on reception to Vicky in the restaurant. Food was amazing, the Chefs deserve a lot of credit and Ellie deserves a special mention as she could not of treated us any better, friendly, polite, nothing too much trouble even with a 4 year old under her feet. Lovely hotel and even better staff - thank you!

March 2025Have spent approximately six weeks staying in the Copthorne Merry Hill For most of the week . Have stayed at different hotels in the area, but because of the great staff attitude and the service given I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the local area. The food menu is good and having a specials most days when you’re staying somewhere for a long period of time is really nice to have .

March 2025Had a fantastic night away at the Copthorne. From start to finish I cannot fault a thing. Room was clean, huge & lovely view. Dinner in Farrady's was great. Spa treatments & pool facilities were just what was needed. Breakfast was AMAZING! The staff at breakfast Beverly, Shelley, Toby & Caitlin were so friendly & welcoming 👍 Thank you everyone xx

March 2025Very close to merry hill centre and great value for money! Only thing is bathroom was a bit outdated compared to the modern bedroom. Enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Food was of good quality and staff were very friendly Beverley, Shelley, Toby and Caitlin.

February 2025Me and my girlfriend came in for the valentines package and a hotel stay for the night, from start to finish it was absolutely beautiful. They catered to my girlfriend with alternative options within the drink menu, the starter was absolutely amazing along with the main. The steak was smoky and on point especially on the hot rock and the dessert melts in your mouth. I absolutely recommend and big shout out to the team and the chef's. Will definitely 110% come back here again.
