The BCC offers a range of conference, meeting, training, and events spaces which are available to hire from Monday-Friday. Our three co//lab spaces are fully equipped with state-of-the-art presenter and audience technology, enabling hybrid meetings as standard, with all spaces fitted with the latest wireless screensharing technology. A flexible open space - ideal for conferences, meetings, team building.

Located close to the M4 and a short distance from Chippenham train station, the BCC is home to an ecosystem committed to helping businesses grow safely. The BCC offers a range of conference, meeting, training, and events spaces which are available to hire from Monday-Friday.

co//lab is a multifunctional conferencing and training space, designed to offer the flexibility to suit events of all types, from multi-day conferences for 140 people to team away days and smaller meetings.

Our meeting and project rooms offer the perfect environment for bid-writing, team meetings, interviews and off-site board meetings. Available to book by the hour or day, each room is fitted with the latest TV screen with wireless screen sharing and wall mounted whiteboards.

co//lab A is one of two private meeting rooms that can be booked independently for smaller meetings up of up to 8 delegates with views south across to Salisbury plain.

co//lab also has a dedicated breakout area with ample soft seating, soft cubbies for quiet working, drinks station offering boiling and chilled filtered water and storage for personal belongings.

Please note, the BCC Team reserve the right to move bookings in co//lab A or B to a similar meeting room elsewhere in the BCC in the event of a co//lab X booking.

When the booking is cancelled up to 120 hours in advance, 0% cancellation fee is applied. Between 120 hours and 24 hours, 50% cancellation fee is applied. Less than 24 hours, 100% cancellation fee is applied.
