Decided to pop in on a whim. The smells, the sounds, all added to what turned out to be a rather fantastic pit stop. The queue was a bit long but full of people with smiles. Serving was nice and straight forward, 2 hot drinks 2 meals, warned of a 10 to 15 minute wait for the coffee, it arrived much sooner than that. The waffle and pancake meals were to die for, the yogurt and berry pancakes came with a wonderful and somewhat surprising sharp tang, the tiramisu waffles did not disappoint either! The ambience in the downstairs seating area was busy but not intrusive and the open kitchen added waves of nice cooking smells. Will 100% refer to a friend and revisit!

Visited on Boxing Day for a bite to eat. Only wanted sandwiches, offered bacon/ sausage. Table required cleaning from previous occupants. Quality of food was good but portion is excessive. Too much, 3 slices of bread and 6 rashers of bacon. Bland to taste. Cost £9.95 each sandwich which might be appropriate for amount but could have less and more reasonably priced. Concerned about food wastage, would have ordered one sandwich between us if known. Coffee was good. Had to ask for napkins which should be standard with food purchases. Not intending to return in the near future. Please note cash is not accepted.
