The Tytherington Club, Dorchester 1

EDIT Incredibly disappointing 😞 This is the 3rd time staying! On this occasion the stay was Incredibly uncomfortable from start to finish!!! What was supposed to be a relaxed quiet night away turned into a stay from hell!!! We decided to book to eat in what we thought would be a restaurant as when we have previously stayed we have room service ( first mistake) when sitting down to order there was a table of golfers loud,obnoxious, with disgusting potty mouths... every other word coming from there mouths was disgusting... dirty men in there late 40s/ 50s being sleezy with the young girls serving absolutely wrong on any kind of level!!! Member or not that should not be aloud!!! The more they got the louder they got having absolutely no consideration for other guests around them which resulted in us having to move to another area after waiting almost 1hr for food! Granted its probably cooked from fresh but that is a long time to wait!! Probably in the hope of us buying more drinks but unfortunately for yourselfs we don't drink alcohol!!! We moved to a different room but you could still here them!!! Again tbey should of been asked to keep the noise down and curb there disgusting language!!! The restaurant manager was lovely though he opened the other part for us to eat but u could still here the noise from them!!!! When finally settling down to sleep a head a knee lock at the door ONCE then someone from housekeeping just walked straight in the room!! Apparently got the wrong room but still should not just be walking into rooms i could of been having a shower, naked but it did frighten me!! A man just walking in the room!! Upon going to reception this morning to ask why this happened we were just greeted by 2 very unprofessional and rude staff one being the deputy manager for house keeping who had to for some reason remind us how long tbis person had been in the job ( confusing why we needed to no this) while talking she just kept shrugging her shoulders bad attitude and basically said there policy is knock twice and then walk in!!! What!!!! No one should be walking in any room especially when we hadn't asked for housekeeping if the housekeeper had got confused with rooms then maybe he should write it down in future but still had absolutely no rights letting himself in the room!!!! Breakfast was cold had 2 down lights apparently keeping the food warm these being the same in the rooms so no way at all of the food be kept warm at all!!! The coffee machine giving out cold coffee again the young man in there seemed very uninterested when I told him... young girl on the desk as you walk through for breakfast on her phone then going over to the food and moving it about with her fingers.. absolutely disgusting!!! I know your probably going to reply with absolute rubbish but your staff could do with a training day on customer service because there rude!!! We definitely will not be returning again!!! Absolutely nothing you say can justify what we experienced it has definitely gone down hill from our 2 previous stays the food wasn't what we expected either for the price my partner has woke this morning with stomach cramps/ upset tummy resulting in us having to leave early and the fact the stay was just a complete waste of money!!!! AS MENTIONED HE KNOCKED ONCE SO DONT LIE AS THIS WAS MENTIONED THIS MORNING!!! REGARDING TRYING TO BE SMART WITH YOUR COMMENT SECURITY ISNT THE ISSUE!!! PRIVACY IS AND AS MENTIONED AGAIN I DID NOT ASK FOR HOUSEKEEPING!!! REGARDING THE OTHER ISSUES THESE WERE RAISED LAST NIGHT TO WHO I ASSUME WAS THE RESTAURANT MANAGER!!! AND AGAIN TO ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO WERE ON THERE PHONES IN THE DINING AREA THIS MORNING... IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHAT YOU SAY NOTHING AT ALL CAN JUSTIFY HOW BAD THE STAY WAS!!! AGAIN IM CONFUSED I THOUGHT SHE WAS THE HOUSEKEEPING DUTY MANAGER!!! GET YOUR STORYS STRAIGHT AND DONT LIE!!! YOUR STAFF ARE RUDE.. STOOD THERE FLICKING HER HAIR AND SHRUGGING HER SHOULDERS REMEMBER YOU WORK IN A MEMBERS CLUB/ HOTEL!!! NOT THE HILTON
