February 2025Charged £1500 to book the theatre and change rooms. Took adittionally £200 as a deposit. We found out that half of the lights didn't work a week before the show. The projector wasn't showing the screen either due to lights issue. Barely had any lights on the stage. Headsets didn't work to communicate with the audio team. Full payment was taken before informing us about the lights. There was no staff other than one person in the whole venue. Even though whole building was cleaned and returned back, they only paid us half of the deposit claiming we didn't clean without any proof. I wouldn't hire it again. There was not much facility in the building other than charging us the huge amount of rent. I would never give them the business again.
