The Cookery School is an ideal space for chef training and has been used by many local and national catering firms for this very purpose. The Cookery School is bright with modern decor and state-of-the-art facilities including induction hobs, Kitchen Aid mixers and I O Shen knives. The Meeting & Dining Room is available alongside The Cookery School which makes an ideal break out space or refreshment station.

Venue Hire & Corporate Event Booking and Cancellation Information A 50 % non refundable deposit is required to secure the date, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the date of the booking. Should you need to change the date of your booking we will endeavor to reschedule your booking, subject to availability and an administrative fee of 25% of the value of the booking. It is only possible to reschedule once. Force Majeure: In the unlikely event of extreme weather conditions preventing an event from running, we will reschedule your booking at a mutually convenient date within 12 months.

October 2024I did the Italian cooking class today and it was AMAZING. The team worked so hard and the chef was incredible. Really easy, actionable steps, explained so well and always help there if you needed it. One of the best days out I’ve had in the North West and something I’ll be putting on my birthday and Christmas list forever more.

It was absolutely fabulous, Chef Rob was a delight… he made everyone feel at ease, explained exactly what to do step by step and was so helpful to the group as well as checking on each of us at our workstations! I cannot recommend this school highly enough, so much so I’ve already booked my next class! It’s a fabulous gift idea too for the person who has everything and you struggle to find a present for them. A big shout out too for the entire team at the school, everyone I dealt with were delightful xxx
