I bring my kids here often for weekend fun. There are lots of games to choose from and new ones are added often. The prices are dear but the family outing is always worth it.

Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Customer Service and Lack of Clear Policies We visited the bowling center expecting to have a fun time but unfortunately the experience turned out to be disappointing due to unprofessional behavior and unclear policies. After booking our session, we were informed that we had to wait for 30 minutes. During that time we purchased some drinks and nachos to enjoy while waiting. Upon entering the bowling area we were suddenly told that outside food was not allowed. Even though we explained that we had already purchased the food, the situation was handled in a very rigid and unfriendly manner. We covered the food and avoided eating it openly, the staff member repeatedly sent other employees to monitor us, making us feel uncomfortable. When we addressed her about the lack of signs or notices regarding food restrictions, her response was unprofessional and rude. She insisted on comparing the place to restaurants like “McDonald’s” even though this is clearly a gaming venue not a restaurant. Moreover, there were no visible signs or written policies indicating such rules. When we asked to see the official policy, she admitted that it wasn’t written anywhere and claimed they simply inform visitors verbally. This approach is neither practical nor customer-friendly. In the end she threatened to stop our game if we didn’t remove the food and her tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional. We enjoy visiting gaming centers across the UK and we’ve never encountered such behavior before. We strongly recommend improving staff training, ensuring visitors are treated with respect and displaying clear policies at the entrance to avoid misunderstandings. The way we were treated during our visit was both disappointing and unacceptable.
