Hilton Manchester Airport

Stayed for one night for a conference. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Car park was huge but still busy very few spaces. Service was absolutely amazing. Staff friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Soundaraya, who went above and beyond on breakfast service when I mentioned I was desperate for a coffee and made me an amazing latte.

We stayed in a family room for one night before flying out on holiday. The main reason we chose this hotel is because we got a good deal with room and parking. We were able to leave the car in the hotel car park, keeping our keys. There is a complimentary bus to and from the terminals which is easily booked via a Google link. That worked perfectly both outbound and inbound. The hotel room was fine, some of the decor looked abit tired, usual amenities in the room. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bar was really nice, tasty food and nice wine coupled with excellent, attentive service made for a very pleasant evening before a long flight. I'm a Hilton Honours member so we got a fairly good deal, I did call the helpline just to clarity duration of parking as needed 8 days, app states 7, we just paid for one extra night. We would definitely stay here again if our holiday plans were similar. 100% recommended.

After a last minute cancellation to our flight the hotel was incredibly accomadating and helpful. Reasonable rate, professional and attentive staff. Ben on the reception desk couldn't have done more for us. A real testament to the hotel. Informative, polite and quick check-in.
