Grange Barn is a brand new venue in the Cheshire countryside. The barn is a converted cattle shed on a working agricultural farm and has amazing views across the Cheshire plains. Grange Barn is a large and flexible space, designed to accommodate small intimate events to large scale events. The venue prides itself on it's rustic and relaxed space - think wagon wheel chandelier lights; hay bales; a long bar made from wooden pallets and a space full of natural light. A key feature of this stunning venue are the huge statement windows and doors, leading to a large outdoor decking area with unbelievable views across Cheshire.
Grange Barn is best known for being a wedding venue, and is licensed for marriages on site. However, the venue also hosts corporate events and offers a truly unique space, perfect for encouraging creative thinking. Included in the package is:
An event manager to support in the build up to and in the running of your event
Exclusive hire of the Grange Barn farm grounds
Tables (long vintage wooden trestle tables) and chairs for up to 150 guests

Plenty of feature lighting, including wagon wheel lights, festoon lights

Grange Barn works with 4 recommended caterers who are all excellent, and offer plenty of flexibility and choice. For corporate events, please discuss any alcohol requirements with the venue. Grange Barn has a bar company who runs all of their weddings, but for corporate events they work on an event by event basis.
Grange Barn has an additional breakout room which is separated from the main barn by large hessian curtains (which can be easily pulled back if required). Within this room are plenty of hay bales covered in hessian rugs for seating, and a large door letting in plenty of natural light and allowing for beautiful views across the Cheshire countryside. The breakout room (or ceremony area) has it's own access to the large outdoor decking, and can seat 150 people (120 on hay bales and 30 on chairs). We would recommend this area for seating only and have tables in the main barn area.

December 2024From the moment we walked into Grange Barn during the open day, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. Everything about the barn made us fall in love instantly and we were blown away by how stunning and rustic it was. Having the venue for the entire weekend was such a wonderful touch. We loved being able to stay on-site in the gorgeous Loft accommodation, which was a perfect place to relax and prepare before the big day. A special mention has to go to Rebecca, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic. She ensured everything went smoothly on the day and was always on hand to help with anything we needed. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor gave us so much peace of mind, knowing that everything was in safe hands. She truly went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect and as special as possible. Her hard work and professionalism made the whole experience even more enjoyable, so we are incredibly grateful to her. We honestly can’t thank Sally and the team at Grange Barn enough for making our wedding weekend so memorable. All of our guests have said just how beautiful the venue was. October 2024The wedding venue of dreams! We’re not really sure where to start with this venue of dreams! Firstly, we cannot thank Grange Barn, Rebecca and Stacey enough for making our wedding day so truly special. We’re not sure how we would have pulled it all off without their amazing support and organisation throughout the entire process! Unlike so many venues that we researched and viewed, we got this gorgeous venue and the beautiful Loft for the whole weekend and it was the best decision we could have made! So spacious and cosy, the venue has such a lovely family feel about it, and as a more introverted couple who just wanted to have a stress free and fun celebration with our loved ones we certainly had a day to remember! The gorgeous twinkly lights and the rustic decor lends so well so many different colour schemes and to all seasons, if we could do it all again (and we wish that we could) we would pick Grange Barn again x
