Our modern Alpha Charlie suite is perfect for small meetings. The room is equipped with a flip chart, 65" plasma TV and WiFi access, and a variety of room layout options are available.

• More than 180 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 10% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 90 and 179 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 25% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 30 and 89 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 50% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 15 and 29 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 75% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Up to 14 days prior to commencement of License Period for that Event - 100 % of Licence Fee and 100% of pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges.

November 2024My wife and I went on a tour off concorde 0ver the weekend the staff were very knowledgeable to talk for over an hour with no prompt was very impressive and interesting the young lady was also flying to New York as cabin crew the day after very impressed
