I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from both the window and the balcony overlooking the bay was absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional—on the morning of my departure, they kindly prepared a small breakfast package for me on very short notice since I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The view from our room was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms themselves were lovely. The swimming pool and sauna were amazing and we would definitely recommend. Breakfast was tasty and good value for money. Close by there is a good choice of restaurants and bars or you can walk into the centre in 30-40 minutes.

Had an amazing stay. The hotel is magnificent with amazing views from the room. The room itself is brilliant. Amazing lunch and dinner at restaurant or via room service and very good breakfast. Staff excellent. Spa very good. Had a great time.

Nice hotel in a great location. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony, too. Checking in service from reception staff was great. Breakfast was good, no ques, still plenty available, and we headed down towards the end of service. However, being a 5-star hotel and for the price per night, I was expecting more. We popped into the bar for a quick drink before bed, and the staff were winding down for the evening, but it was still open. However, we were not made to feel very welcome at all! The drinks were expensive, and a service charge was added, which we didn't notice until paid up and back in the room. It was rather frustrating, given the service we had received!

This is surely not a luxury 5 star hotel. It's old, dirty and noisy. The room was not cleaned properly. We found contact lenses on the bathroom counter, hair on the bed, disgusting waste on the carpet, mint box under the bed sheets and greasey phone handle. The room was not vacuumed and no slippers were provided. The music from outside and people talking on the balcony makes it hard to sleep. The hotel is not family friendly. Our booking showed that the swimming pool can be accessed from 07:00 am to 09:00 pm. At the check in, we were told that kids are not allowed except during 1 specific hour in the early morning and 1 specific hour in the afternoon. Finally, parking is £25 per day! Given the room's horrible condition and that children are not allowed to the pool, we decided to leave the hotel.we checked in around 07:30 pm and we checked out after 2 hours. We took a taxi and headed out to the city centre to find suitable accommodation, this with 2 children, at night and on a rainy day. I've never felt more humiliated than that evening. They ruined our break.
