The Cardiff Bay Centre is in one of Cardiff's most prestigious business locations, with stunning views of both Scott Harbour and Cardiff Bay. It is part of the new Harbourside development on the site of the National Assembly for Wales which has become a focal point for Wales and is extremely popular with new businesses moving into Cardiff. The centre occupies the whole of the four-storey building overlooking the bay itself and is able to offer good links to the M4 as well as Cardiff City Centre. The restaurants and shops of the Cardiff Bay Waterfront area, also known as Mermaid Quay are a short walk away. Cardiff has one of the fastest growing economies and most skilled workforces in the UK. The city is a thriving centre for innovation, supporting a growing cluster of companies in sectors such as biotechnology, IT, financial and business services and creative industries.
The space is 31 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

***DO NOT RENT AN OFFICE HERE!!*** After being heavily mislead into renting an office here, offering promises of which have not been delivered upon, I'd strongly recommend to not rent an office here, or with Regus at all. Our furniture was 2 months late arriving, making the office unsuitable for our needs. We were not compensated at all for this delay. Internet speeds in the building are incredibly slow despite being quoted by the sales rep (Amy) we'd receive "500GB up & down". The internet connection drops regularly, and have experienced regular building outages for up to an hour at a time. All complaints are ignored, and reports aren't taken seriously. After requesting a meeting with the UK Sales Director, John Ryder, he said "you're more than welcome to sue us if you're unhappy, but Regus has more money than you, and the agreement has you bent over a barrel, you simply can't win." The list of issues and complaints go on, avoid Regus at all costs!
