The best class & instructors. I’m a complete newbie and I’m just so obsessed with everything about the company, the ethos and the way they teach. Would highly recommend for fitness and dance. Thank you x

Avoid like the plague. Antivax owners with poor administrative skills, constantly cancelling classes last minute and often run classes without informing instructors. They won't give you money back but will give you "class credit", which will probably be useless as most classes don't run anyway. Instructors are friendly but often do not teach you the basics and expect you to be completing advanced tricks such as ayesha and shouldermount, within the first year of training, which is ridiculous. These moves can cause serious injury if the student is not prepared for them and is straight up UNSAFE. They do not make adjustments to moves if you cannot do them, so I have often sat down ignored for 15/20 minutes if I cannot do a move as the instructors will only focus on those who are capable. Pole is supposed to be a supportive and uplifting environment, but I have left most classes in floods of tears if I do not achieve anything and have been made to feel bad at aerial. Don't spend your money here.
