Pole Twisters, Cardiff Dance Studios

Have been to three classes so far, including the beginners taster and it’s fantastic!! The beginners taster was a lot more moves and a little routine that I was not expecting, Kendra was so great at walking me through the steps and very patient with me. Have been to mixed ability with Abi twice and she is so friendly and happy and fun to work with. Despite there being women who are far more advanced than myself, I’m always given a variation to work towards and watching the women is such an inspiration to see what can be achieved. These women are powerful and strong and so lovely, it’s becoming part of my weekly routine already, and as someone who doesn’t attend a gym or has never done a fitness class before, honestly it’s great. I walk 40 mins to class and am excited to get there and see what happens. Could not recommend enough.

I came here 3 years ago and unfortunately couldn't commit to the classes due to working shifts. I've been trying to find another course closer to home, but nothing compared to Pole Twisters. Friendly, amazing teachers who are super passionate and helpful. Organised communication. Great facilities and flexible options for classes. I'm glad to be back!
