Together Culture has created a vibrant, future-orientated, and 'like family' vibe in the heart of Central Cambridge (we're on Fitzroy Street, just across from Waitrose). We exist to make space to create and to become more creative.
Work, club or interest group meeting? Product launch? Team celebration? Networking event? Open-mic night? Birthday or anniversary celebration? Together Culture is a unique place to gather, connect, and make memories. Each area can be hired individually or as a whole and we can create bespoke packages for your event.
Together Culture can facilitate playful creative skills and team-building events to add an extra element to your event. We offer creative experiences facilitated by our Together Culture experts.
Optional workshops:
Citizen Studio - This immersive experience, which we describe as a Bake Off technical challenge meets an escape room, helps you learn more about design thinking as we explore the question: ‘In 10 years time if ‘The Kite’ was the heart of Cambridge’s inclusive and ecological creative economy - what would be different and what would we do today?’
Collaboration and Collage Making - Hone your team or groups collaborative skills while creating fun collages as we explore Chapter 2 of the Living Book, Collaboration.
Turning Up and Butter Making Disco - Try your hand at butter-making! Then, enjoy the fruits of your labour with delicious fresh bread, as we delve into the first chapter of the Living Book - Turning Up.
CV of Failure Writing Party - What if our CVs chronicled our failures instead of our successes? Explore what our mistakes reveal about the creative power we use every day.
Each workshop will be tailored to last approximately 45 minutes, you may opt for one or more to be conducted alongside your event. Prices start at £50 per workshop and will vary according to group size. Please write to us directly to enquire or request these as part of your booking.

Cancellation policy
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY Together Culture agrees to hold your booking provisionally for up to 7 days from the point of enquiry. After which time, if no deposit has been paid, we reserve the right to release your booking. A 50% deposit is due on confirmation and is non-refundable. The booking is not confirmed until this has been paid. The initial invoice for the deposit amount will include the hire fee plus any add-on’s, catering or drinks requests, and will be sent alongside the booking agreement once details of your booking have been confirmed with the Together Culture booking team. We kindly ask that payment is settled within 7 days of receipt. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the event. If you have any further add-ons or additional drinks or catering requirements to those agreed during the initial phase of confirmation, the fee for these will also be expected at this time. We kindly ask that this payment is settled within 7 days of receipt. We will allow a confirmed booking to alter the date once only - so long as the request to change the date is not made within 14 days of the original booking date due to take place - thereafter the booking date is final and the date cannot be moved again. Please note that while we will endeavour to accommodate a change in date, this will be subject to our availability and we can not guarantee the original date will be able to be changed. Payment for food and/or drinks is refundable at our discretion in the event of cancellation. However if the requested items have already been ordered by Together Culture and/or prepared by our supplier partners, these items will no longer be eligible for a refund. No shows or cancellations within 7 days prior to the booking date will not be refunded. In the unlikely event Together Culture has to cancel your booking, we will: Offer you another date and time with the same arrangements. Offer you a full refund of all monies that have been paid at the time of cancellation. If we are forced to cancel due to government instruction, we will postpone your booking indefinitely until we can re-open and reschedule your booking as a priority.
Other rules
SUPERVISION AND DAMAGES During the period of the hiring, you are responsible for: (i) supervision of the premises, the fabric and the contents; (ii) care of the premises, safety from damage however slight or change of any sort; and (iii) the behaviour of all persons using the premises whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of car parking arrangements so as to avoid obstruction in public areas. You must not make any alterations or additions to the premises nor install or attach any fixtures or placards, or other articles in any way to any part of the premises without our prior written approval. As directed by us, Together Culture, you must make good or pay for all damage (including accidental damage) to the premises or to the fixtures, fittings or contents and for loss of contents.
