The hotel is really nice! I booked through spa breaks and had treatments, dinner on the first night and breakfast included. The room itself is extremely nice and very spacious. The beds are super comfortable. The spa treatments were definitely the highlight of the trip. Madeline and Carly did a fantastic job with the facials and massages, the whole experience was very relaxing! The other spa facilities such as the pool and jacuzzi are on the smaller side so can get quite busy depending on the time of day you visit. Overall our stay was really nice, the food was really nice too.

Great hotel in a nice location. The room we had was very nice and was cleaned to a good standard before we arrived. The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout in. All machines were clean and in working order. The swimming pool and sauna area are all clean and functional. Pool temperature was perfect. I had a back scrub and massage as part of a package, which was fantastic. The restaurant has a small menu, but the food was tasty. No faults in my stay at all.

Hotel - I booked a double room but was upgraded to a Junior Suite upon arrival. The room was extremely spacious, the view over looked the hotels courtyard. The bathroom had a his&hers sink, with a standing shower and also a bath separate. There was a TV in the bedroom, also in the front room. The mini fridge had drinks that were supplied on the house; 2 waters, 2 beers, 2 white wines, and 2 Diet Pepsi. The pool was nice and the hot tub was large, although at reception, they let you know when there are children’s swim classes taking place. Outside the Bar & Lounge is a beautiful outdoor seating area, which overlooks a small lake. I think the fish inside the lake were Catfish. Bar & Lounge - For lunch I ordered drinks and food. Unfortunately they had no straws available, and the food took 30 minutes to arrive! Way too long for an order of Nachos, however the serving size was extremely big so perhaps that softens the blow of the wait time. Restaurant - I had the inclusive dinner package of £32pp (excluding drinks) and the food came quickly and was large portions. I had the Goats Cheese, Pea & Mint Risotto which is a delicious vegetarian option. If you are celebrating a birthday, let one of the servers know and they write a lovely birthday message on the plate. They didn’t have candles but luckily I had my own and they were more than happy to use mine. Location - Just off the motorway, located near a Morrisons, Home Bargains & Pet store. Around 20 minutes drive to Cambridge City Centre.

I had a one night stay while travelling for a business conference, held in the hotel. I stayed in executive king room, which was immaculately clean, very comfortable bed, a good size, with a lovely bathroom & a large smart TV. The only reason I’m not scoring the room 5 ⭐️ was an extremely noisy radiator, pumping out freezing cold air, not ideal on a cold November night! Room service was delicious & quickly delivered. Breakfast was ok, I just had continental. My main gripe was the appalling lunch service. My colleague & I went into a virtually empty bar & ordered a warm sandwich each from the lunch menu, making the staff aware we only had 30 minutes to eat. After half an hour had passed, I asked the waitress ( petite red haired lady) where our order was… the response was having my receipt snatched from me, thrown back & told “It’s coming” Ten minutes & several dirty looks from the waitress later, the food arrived. My warm wrap & fries were lukewarm at best. No apology, as the plates were banged down on our table. Throughout the rest of the afternoon, the same waitress was in & out of the conference meeting, utterly miserable & knocking into other exhibitors stands, very clearly having a bad day, which I appreciate, however we all work with customers & good manners should be given as an absolute minimum. The rest of the staff were lovely & I would visit again for business.
