Our dedicated and experienced coordinators, in partnership with our events team on the day, provide an exceptional level of service to ensure that your special day is everything that you have ever hoped it would be.

We have launched three new packages to make your wedding day easier to plan; Diamond, Pearl and Lace. Starting from just £44.50 per person and ranging up to £64.50 per person, each package offers our couples something different, enabling us to create a bespoke wedding package as unique as they are.

We can also create completely bespoke wedding packages if our packages are not what you were looking for, and we are also able to accommodate self-catered weddings on Sundays as our Ballroom Suite has a dedicated banqueting kitchen which can be offered exclusively.

The hotel was lovely, the room huge and the views amazing. But it was - by far - the professionalism, friendliness and absolute care, and genuine want to make their guests stay, that has stuck with me. Visiting for my Dad’s special birthday, everyone member of staff I spoke to prior to our family visit, and every member of the team that assisted during our visit, made our stay. Highly recommended! The care and attitude was impeccable.

No hotel is perfect. But this is lovely great location, big room. But oh my word. The Staff. The service is pitch perfect. Attentive not pushy. Present but not overbearing. Thoughtful and considerate. From the front desk to the restaurant not a single misstep. Management must be doing something right. The staff on the floor certainly are. Thank you.

Lovely stay here a few weeks ago. Special thanks to a wonderful lady from housekeeping called Anne-Marie, who managed to allocate us a room with a walk in shower which helped me hugely over the weekend. Having a disability, I had double checked beforehand that I had this facility but on arrival was told there was no room left with a walk in shower! She happened to be in the right place at the right time and was so kind and suggested Room 311. I can’t thank her enough. Excellent room, wonderful bar staff. Not a disabled friendly hotel if you find steps and stairs hard to manage. 14 steps down to the River Grille and no lift. I really enjoyed my stay there though and the location is fabulous.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very welcoming. The location is right on the harbourside, so great for food and drink places. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The only downside was the room we were in, we could hear every word that the people in the room next door were saying. This wasn't great as they were still awake and talking at 1.30 am.

The service we received at the reception was genuinely disappointing and fell far below professional standards. The staff's demeanor was overly proud and lacking in warmth, making us feel more like mere transactions than valued guests. Despite our appreciation for the clean and well-maintained rooms and the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel, the unwelcoming attitude at the front desk overshadowed our stay. Unfortunately, this negative experience has deterred us from considering a return visit in the future.
